  • No, our carpet cleaning products are not safe for pets and children, Very important keeping children and pets out of the room until the carpet is completely dry. But we do offer pet and child safe cleaning products but it will be less effective.

  • We use professional grade HOT water extraction machine, some refer to steam cleaning, these machine pump hot water into you carpet to release any dirt deep within the fibers, then extract the water and remove the dirt.

  • Generally no, our insurance policy prohibits us from moving large furniture. Small items can be moved safely, we will put tin-foil under the legs of furniture before placing it back on the carpet. Furniture legs on wet carpet can cause permanent staining.
